3. Confidentiality and Privacy

4. Service Quality and Standards

4.1. Interpreter Qualifications

4.2. Accuracy Commitment
We maintain a 99.7% accuracy rate in our interpretations. However, in rare cases where misinterpretation occurs, clients should notify us immediately for correction.

4.3. Cultural Competency
Our services include cultural context and nuance interpretation to ensure effective communication across cultural boundaries.

5. Booking and Cancellation

5.1. Scheduling Services
Services can be scheduled 24/7 through our platform. Emergency services are available with priority scheduling.

5.2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled services. Late cancellations may incur charges as outlined in your service agreement.

6. Payment Terms

6.1. Service Rates
Rates vary by service type, language pair, and urgency. Current rates will be provided upon service request.

6.2. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved institutional billing arrangements.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1. Professional Liability
We maintain professional liability insurance coverage for our services. However, our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
